Elevated above the stunning coastline of Perth's northern suburb of Sorrento, Fratelli Restaurant boasts a panoramic view of the beach and the sparkling azure waters of the Indian Ocean. The front-facing wall of the restaurant is made entirely of tinted glass, allowing diners to watch the sunset with minimal glare. Further minimising reflection, the restaurant features black tablecloths, which, with mustard yellow and aubergine feature walls, lend the place a distinctly masculine feel.
Sam Stavreski is your typically charismatic front man, who'll happily mix you a pre-dinner cocktail or pour you a drop from the well-sourced list of WA wines. His brother, Norm, sits behind the helm, ensuring that Fratelli's friendly team consistently delivers the level of personal service and good quality food their regular customers have become accustomed to.
