After escaping from a labour camp under the Pol Pot regime in his native Cambodia, chef Ian Han migrated to Australia and has since grown a thriving business from his original restaurant in Murray Street, Perth. His is a truly inspirational success story - and it's not hard to see why the Han's restaurants have done so well, serving up authentic dishes from all over Asia at reasonable prices. There's a huge variety on offer, from noodle dishes to curries, and the quality and freshness of the food is excellent.
