A true Adelaide success story, the Cibo Espresso brand aims to offer thousands of coffee-starved South Australians that little slice of "la dolce vita". The coffee here is expertly brewed and there are plenty of Italian-style eats sure to transport the most avid Italio-phile to their favourite Roman, Tuscan, Venetian or Neapolitan pasticerria, complete with an expertly-pulled shot of caramel-coloured espresso.
The initiative of four food- and coffee-loving Italians, Cibo offers a selection of pizzas, custard-filled doughnuts, and panini. With a plethora of locations throughout Adelaide (Cibo has also expanded to Queensland), those who live in this self-declared foodie town can no longer decry the lack of a good cup of coffee accompanied by an even better sweet or savoury treat.
