C Word Nundah What exactly is the C Word? Put simply, it's the two passions of the owners: coffee (in this case, Campos) and cycling. But the letter also stands in for so much more: a commitment to making a better future, a community focus and the cafe's mascot, Carlotta Cactus.

What the name doesn't tell you about, however, is the fantastic bagels that are the basis of the food operation here. From the delicious Crave Beggel (no, it's not a spelling mistake, it's a breakfast plus egglette plus bagel, in this case with smoked salmon and rocket) to the Calliope Crunch (filled with roast beef and chargrilled vegetable relish), every option on the menu is freshly prepared, healthy and tasty. Add that to the stellar coffee, relaxed vibe and quirky-but-cool staff and you're onto a winner. more
