SMH Good Food Guide 2008 - one hat


The Sydney Morning Herald Good Food Guide has announced their top restaurant picks for 2008, crowning each with their signature chef's hat. Though three toques is the maximum, many restaurateurs claim that one hat is their ultimate goal - just enough prestige to keep them in the headlines, but not so much that customers might be scared off by the glitz and glamour.
