Marrying the concept of Cantonese dim sum with the artisan craft of Japanese cuisine, the fare served at these casual eateries is at once comforting, fresh and healthy.
Being greeted by intimate lighting, Japanese shoji (room partition) and elegant furnishings, the decor at Zushibento is matched only by the immaculate presentation on each dish. The extensive menu can seem a bit daunting but start with the Four Seasons entree - beef tataki, agedashi tofu, salmon sashimi and cream croquettes - and everything else will fall into place.
