After the hugely successful launch of the original Zushi in trendy Darlinghurst, the second instalment (in what we can only hope is many) has popped up in the equally trendy foodie hotspot of Surry Hills.
Expect a similar menu to the Darlo sibling, taking full advantage of Sydneysider's love affair with traditional Japanese sushi and sashimi, but served in slightly more spacious surrounds. Unlike the original the BYO policy has been done away with but the stellar courtyard area out back more than makes up for it.
