Offering a higher quality of fare than one would expect from a restaurant sitting within a suburban RSL, this great eatery utilises fresh ingredients to produce gastronomical delights that although familiar are somehow exotic in their execution and delivery.
The seafood is sublime: big fresh lobsters and crabs, plump prawns and freshly shucked oysters delivered in a range of platters, pasta dishes, and topped upon juicy steaks. The steaks themselves are sourced from premium suppliers in the Darling Downs the marble score is consistently above nine, making one succulent bovine experience; served with creamy mash and perfectly cooked vegetables, it's a must have, if dining here.
The decor is a little stale, but that's to be expected from a restaurant that shares its real estate with an RSL, and despite the bright lighting and synthetic carpets, the operators have gone to lengths to create a space that facilitates the eating of such above-par food.
