Pizza and pasta abound at the Manuka arm of this Canberra favourite. Offering everything from beer and potato wedges to soft-drink spiders and garlic prawns, it's not surprising that families and students come in droves for cheap and hearty meals.
Takeaway is available, as are vegetarian and gluten-free options. And if you like your pizza with a bit of pizzazz, the Vulcano is hard to ignore. With its hot Spanish salami, jalapeno peppers and hot chilli, it comes with a warning that it's "extra, extra hot". Best stick to the mild margherita if just the thought of that has you loosening your necktie.

Gluten Free pizzas
The GF bases were excellent!!! Nice and substantial, reasonably soft but holds together nicely. Toppings were good, the staff were switched on about which toppings were safe and the evening was very enjoyable. I shall try their pasta next time!

a little too tough
I thought that the pizza which I had here for lunch was overdone. The base was too chewy for my taste. It came to me nice & quick which is always nice but I still prefer having nice fresh toppings. It can be rather busy with the staff running around to really relax.
