Great Japanese food - especially seafood - features at Yukis on the top floor of Circular Quay's Overseas Passenger Terminal. There's a great view (of course) and the elaborately folded napkins are an indication of careful attention to detail. There are monthly specials that highlight whatever produce is in season, and the set menus are a great way to try the food. The service is exceptionally good - you probably won't even notice half of what the staff will be doing for you. The sashimi and sushi is some of the best in Sydney and other dishes feature great produce like soft-shell crabs and scampi.
