The food isn't dumbed down at Yin Li, so the Sichuan chilli rice noodles are cold and slippery and swimming in chilli oil. Slurping them up you realise why the tables are covered in paper. Standouts include the ma po tofu, kung pao chicken and fabulous bright green Chinese vegetables in salty broth with oyster sauce.
