What started with a hobby for artisan chocolatier Christos Partsioglou has now become a sweet-tooth sensation among discerning chocoholics of Melbourne. The focus of this cafe is mainly on their range of designer chocolates, with flavours ranging from summer fruit puddings to chai infusions.
As you might also guess, with access to some of the finest chocolate this side of the equator, the cafe also serves up arguably one of the best hot chocolates in town, made from rich Belgian couverture and certified organic and fair-trade chocolate.
