"X" marks the spot on Canberra's London Circuit - and that spot is the Xchange on London. Couched in the chic cosmopolitan NICTA Building, this inner city breakfast, brunch, lunch and evening tapas eatery provides an escape for professionals during the day, and a classy venue for social gatherings by night. Gigantic glass windows unite the indoor and outdoor areas, allowing a healthy amount of natural sunlight. Bauble-like Italian lights, slinky leather lounges, funky 1960s-style poufs and a modern fireplace add an extra layer of cool.
Head Chef Matt Henry concocts simple but effective gourmet delights, from risottos to pizzas to salads to souvlakis, with a myriad of options available for vegetarian and gluten-free fare.

Hands down the best breakfast in Canberra
There's not many places that do a proper Eggs Benedict anymore but Xchange does - and does it with flair. Everyone in our party had a flawless breakfast - eggs cooked spot-on to order, delicious freshly-made sauces, and slightly unusual (for breakfast) but very successful flavour combinations. The service is attentive and prompt, the coffee is great, and the furnishings funky but not overcrowded. Xchange on London is definitely worth a look, even if just for coffee.

Mmmm, the breakfast
If you want a good breakfast this is the place to go. I had the pancakes with blueberries and coconut butter. YUM! But I could have chosen almost anything on the menu, it was tough to choose.
The coffee was fantastic and the service pretty good though they were very very busy.
Would recommend it highly for a breakfast. I will be back to try some of the other menu choices.
