Disappointed with the quality of organic produce in stores (it's not meant to be spotty and wilted), Deborah Wray decide to open her own organic grocer, Wray. With several branches doing a roaring trade, the Newmarket store takes things further, incorporating a cafe into the market. Here, shoppers can taste the produce before they browse the shelves, sampling an array of organic, gluten-free and vegan dishes - washed down with organic DeBella coffee, of course.
