Representing an inspired convergence between old and new, the Woolshed Pub plants its contemporary bar and bistro in a cleverly converted former wool storage warehouse on the Docklands waterfront. It's a natural fit, with the timber walls and flooring, gigantic shed doors and high ceilings lending a spacious feel to the place, which is touched-up with modern bars, flashy lights, and the all-important upstairs and downstairs balcony areas that stare out onto the harbour.
In keeping with Melbourne's prevailing pub culture, Woolshed offers a sophisticated bistro menu containing the likes of duck leg confit, lamb shanks and spinach and ricotta ravioli. Desserts like orange and almond cake, and peach and pistachio praline parfait (the alliteration alone makes this writer drool), add a sweet touch to your shed experience.

Good food, good drinks, nice comforting venue
Food is above par pub food, where you can get a decent steak. But i recommend the burger. Good selection of alcohol too, about 15 brews to choose from. The desserts are great I had two! The parfait and the orange butter cake are for any lover of a sweet.
Good service too
