With the amount of natural light streaming in through the windows, it's no secret as to why this elegant dining room is named as it is. Windows Restaurant looks right over the luscious Albert Park lake and foliage from its classy hotel locale at The Sebel Albert Park. Of course, you don't have to be a hotel guest to enjoy the breakfast and seafood buffets, and the Modern Australian a la carte sensations on offer here. In fact, it's hard to not salivate at the idea of a crispy skinned fillet of Tasmanian salmon, a red wine and rosemary braised lamb shank, or a vanilla bean creme brulee.
