Run by the same crew as the original Wilson's in Manly, this seaside incarnation offers the tried-and-true combo of seafood and luxe water views. The restaurant opens out onto the water, offering a serene ocean vista, revved up occasionally by the dockside action of arriving ocean liners. In contrast with this active, sometimes chaotic, scene the interior of the restaurant is a neat space of super-sharp lines and elegantly neutral colours. At the linen-draped tables, the largely corporate crowd tucks into simply prepared oysters from the bar, indulgent seafood platters and traditionally presented plates of caviar.

Lovely lunching
What a wonderful way to spend a Friday afternoon having lunch at Wilson's Boathouse. Great atmosphere, helpful, friendly and attentive staff and exceptional food. Not an inexpensive place to dine, but worth every penny paid. Will definitely go back again and again and again.

Staff group booking
We utilised the function area for a staff lunch and meeting. The service was great and the food delicious. Great location, close to the airport for staff that had to travel. The room's atmosphere was good for a team working lunch. Highly recommend!
