This little Pitt Street (Redfern, not City) location has become something of a local institution over the years. So much so that some neighbouring residents have been frequenting Wilson's since it first opened its door over 30 years ago.
Wilson's is known and loved by diners from the surrounding suburbs and greater Sydney area for many different reasons. Some of the traditional Lebanese establishment's patrons are attracted to its comfortable surrounds and relaxed ambience. Others are motivated by the opportunity to nibble on some of Wilson's signature hummus and bread. Others still love the welcome greetings and familiar service and the feeling of eating out at a place that treats you like you are coming home.
