Since undergoing extensive refurbishments and reopening in late 2009, the new and improved West Beach Bathers Pavilion is making its own waves on the shores of St Kilda. It's now a stylish tearoom, restaurant and function venue that's thoroughly accustomed to those sunny summer days in St Kilda (the lovely outdoor deck area sits on the doorstep to the beach). The menu here covers honest modern Australian brekkie and lunchtime fare for the discerning diner out for a day at the beach or shops.
