At this nice end of the Cross sits Wedge Cafe (it's shaped like a slice of cake). Situated on the ground floor of the stately Raymond Building, the cafe serves great coffee and good, unfussy food. It's got a light, airy, modern feel and appropriately often plays jazz. Don't forget to try some of the European-style cakes for which they have become famous.
