You Want Fresh Seafood?
The answer to the title question then, is to come & eat at The Waterfront Restaurant at Crown. Flavours to please everyone (Tempura Prawns, Singapore Chilli Lobster, traditional fish pie, oysters a dozen ways etc), but the real highlight is the superb seafood. Very fresh, full of flavour. Great service, too.
