With a well-stocked buffet and mod-Oz, a la carte menu, this award-winning hotel restaurant is a winning destination for its breakfast, lunch and dinner options. The menu changes often but could include a pistachio- and apricot-crusted pork cutlet with potato scallops and mustard sauce, slow-braised Moroccan lamb shanks with sweet potato mash and minted labne or a grilled haloumi salad with parmesan crumbed mushrooms, French lentils, rocket and aioli.
