Yes, this eatery is a Japanese restaurant in the middle of crowded Haymarket. However, this Japanese restaurant, while offering all the delicious Japanese staples diners have come to know and love, is a step ahead of the rest. This is for one simple reason: when ordering at this late-night nosh-pit, you do so using a computerised touch screen. Is this the restaurant of the future? Perhaps.
However, patrons willing to time travel into the future must be prepared for a menu featuring many delicious offal treats such as ox tongue and chicken gizzards. If the thought of offal seems off-putting, don't worry, they still serve massive cans of Sapporo at this shining beacon of modernity.
