Flanked by lush green vineyards on all sides, Vines Restaurant at Helen's Hill is architecturally designed to frame these breath-taking panoramic vistas of the Yarra Valley with its floor-to-ceiling windows. Chef Stuart Harvey's menu shows a similar respect for the Yarra Valley locale, as he sources a good deal of ingredients from the local area. The seasonal lunch and dinner menus display Modern Australian and international cuisine including soups, pastas, risottos, seafood, steaks, chicken, duck, lamb, antipasto platters and ever-so-lovely desserts (bread and butter pudding with local jam, anyone?). Further complementing these selections are the local regional wines you'll just have to get a good gulp of.
