The secret is out about this cheap and cheerful Vietnamese restaurant - and the locals are no doubt fuming. Vietnam Village has been tucked away in its little corner of Thebarton for about 20 years, so you can imagine that their recipe for success is an effective one. Chef Tuyen Le serves enormous portions of Vietnamese classics for reasonable prices, and does not pad out his dishes with a disproportionate amount of vegetables and rice. Its no wonder their regulars have kept the place to themselves all these years.
