There's no lack of choice on this menu at all, from the Vietnamese soups, noodles, hotpots, steamboats, meat and seafood mains and roll-your-own rice paper rolls; to myriad pan-Asian stir-fries, curries, laksas, sizzling foods and exciting dessert fare like flaming fried ice cream and the signature liqueur ice cream. One of the most popular dishes is the grilled prawn mince with sugar cane, a dinner special that sets off the tastebuds on a nice momentary journey.
