Easily the most cherished and loved restaurant in Sunbury, Vic's is a bit of an institution, and a rite of passage for anyone new to the area. Its many fans are fiercely loyal and say the handmade pasta, including some great gnocchi, is the top pick. The pizzas are also usually in pretty high demand, and the panna cotta is a treat afterwards along with an Italian coffee.

Great place!
Contrary to other reviews, we had great food, the seafood platter is a standout, especially good to get tastily grilled rather than crumbed/fried. The service was attentive and efficient, water glasses refilled regularly even although we only ordered 5 soft drinks between 4 of us and they were quite happy to give us extra forks to share 2 desserts between 4 of us. Have also had most enjoyable lunch here! Don't be put off by negative reviews, try it for yourself!

Over cooked food -Rude staff!
$36 steak over cooked and ruined - had requested med- well.I requested no potato -given almost all potatoes. Asked waitress if they had lemon meringue was given some type of dry lemon cake when I queried with the waitress she spoke to the manager who said "stiff" it has meringue on it. Was then rudley asked if I wanted it which I declined as it was not what I ordered.Billed for it naturally. WILL NOT BE RETURNING AND WILL SHARE MY EXPERIENCE.

The staff are friendly, the food is always good. Good atmosphere. Wish Sunbury had more places like this.

Great place
Food from Vic's is beautiful, although sometimes quite a wait which isn't too good when you're in a rush at lunch time. The quality and taste of the food makes up for the wait and is worth the effort if you're not in a hurry.

Thoroughly Enjoyable !!
It was my first visit at this restaurant where family and friends celebrated my son's birthday. I could not fault "Vic's"- the food, service and atmosphere was fantastic!! The price list was very reasonable. I highly recommend this restaurant. And a big compliment for our waitress "Morgan" who was so polite and professional in carrying out her duties. Thank you "Vic's" for a lovely night enjoyed by all.

Best in Sunbury
If you're wanting great food, homely enviroment, top class service, then there really isn't a better place to go than Vics. You may have to wait some nights for the food to arrive as they get busy, although it's well worth the wait and we now go very often.

What a great place
Have been to Vic's many times for breakfast (when they used to do it) lunch and dinner. I have always found the food fantastic, the service wonderful and the atmosphere is great. Just wish they still served their brekkie menu, I for one would go a lot more! Wish we had more places like this in Sunbury!
