This venue at Vicary's Winery certainly has something to offer in the way of atmosphere. Set in a converted 1890s woolshed complete with rustic artifacts, a night here is an Australian country experience. Beginning with a complimentary wine tasting at the winery, the evening is followed by a set three-course meal of traditional Australian fare such as damper and scotch fillet (although vegans and coeliacs can be catered for), while a live country band coaxes patrons to test out the sprung wooden dance floor and an open fire crackles in the hearth in winter. Prices for the evening are set and the experience is limited to Friday and Saturday nights, although the venue is also available to hire for private events and weddings.
