Never going back
A woeful experience - wish I'd seen this page first. A bland yet expensive parmigiana (how do you get that wrong?) was just the beginning. Had to ask 3 times for a latte that took 30 mins to arrive in the end. Then had to ask twice for the bill, before complaining to the manager. Did he care? Nope.
Just to rub it all in, they ran out of my favourite drink (chinotto). Worst. Italian Restaurant. Ever.

Worst experience
I was at this restaurant for a birthday celebration over the weekend. There was 15 of us. The whole experience was bad from start to finish. Our orders weren't taken on time, the starters arrived after the main course. The main course was bland and some of the portions were shocking. Getting water to the table was a mission in itself. The glasses for the water then arrived a good 20 minutes after we asked for them. In a restaurant that holds 120 people with at least 5 waiting staff on hand, I was shocked at the poor quality of the service. And the management was rude.

Won't ever be back
What an awful experience, I ordered the calamari which was tasteless and tough so I sent it back. My partner order pasta which was pretty bad too, could of done better myself. Good atmostphere but won't be back there as the food is appalling.

Great feel to the place but the rare tuna steak was overcooked and lamb shanks could've had more sauce. Took a while for the food to come out especially since there were only a couple of tables full.
