The second instalment from the geniuses behind Vespa in New Farm, this new restaurant brings all rustic chic style of the original diner to the heart of the 'Gabba.
The authentic pizzas here start with fantastic bases that are neither doughy nor filling, or have the consistency of a water cracker. The happy medium base is then topped with only the freshest ingredients to finish it off; however, pizza "traditionalists" may be pleased to know that the pizzas are blessedly bereft of pineapple.
The menu sticks fairly close to the successful formula laid down by the original, with pizzas such as the Carciofi (artichoke hearts, buffalo fetta, oven-dried cherry tomatoes and rosemary) or the mushroom ragout with spinach and fetta.
