Giving you front-row seats to the views of Moreton Bay and Stradbroke Island from its gorgeous undercover verandah, this elegant restaurant and cocktail bar can be found upstairs in the Grand View Hotel. Grand views aside, Verandah has much to offer in the way of culinary enticements, drawing upon local seafood, meats and other produce to create a fine mod-Oz-meets-international menu. You may find anything from wagyu rump to rack of lamb to rabbit loin, as well as mouth-watering desserts such as the flaming vanilla creme brulee or the homemade chocolate, pear and pistachio gateau.
