One of Sans Souci's dining delights, Vee Jaes Italian Restaurant draws from Southern Italian recipes passed down from generation to generation. From tomato zest to creamy indulgence, Vee Jaes' pastas cover the fettuccini favourites, the popular pennes, and the spaghetti staples, cooked with a bit of heart and soul. Under their traditional Italian names, the meatier dishes include vitello funghi (a tender veal backstrap), mignonette rosemarino (a mignonette of beef in fresh rosemary), and gamberi al pepe (fresh whole green king prawns). These can be devoured heartily among large groups inside, or with a significant other in the charming alfresco courtyard.
