Like its Brisbane older sibling, this Gold Coast pizza, pasta and salad bar is modelled on the successful US and European chains of Vapiano restaurants. The point of difference is that Vapiano's pastas are handmade, the pizzas are completely made to order, and the herbs come freshly grown in pots inside the restaurant.
