Like its Brisbane older sibling, this Gold Coast pizza, pasta and salad bar is modelled on the successful US and European chains of Vapiano restaurants. The point of difference is that Vapiano's pastas are handmade, the pizzas are completely made to order, and the herbs come freshly grown in pots inside the restaurant. Adding to its fresh and authentic credentials, this eatery sources much of its produce from within a 150km radius, so you're supporting local Queensland businesses by just a mere crunch of a calzone or slurp of spaghetti.
