Designed as a complete night out in one destination, patrons can flit from bar to club to dining area, go alfresco on the deck or nestle in among the opulent lounges. Relatively casual at present, Uber looks to become one of the finest of fine diners in the area. Lush textiles on the walls and state of the art lighting lend a level of comfortable sophistication to the space. The restaurant uses high quality produce to create modern Australian dishes, from laidback tapas-style plates to a formal a la carte menu. While the wine list offers a more than adequate selection of Aussie labels (and a few French drops), the real highlight from the bar is the uber-long cocktail list. Indulge in one of these colourful creations and a plate of something more-ish from the menu for a divinely lush experience.
