The brainchild of second-generation Indian chefs and brothers Michael and Khushwant Singh, the playful moniker at this stylish restaurant is testament to the boys' passion for excellent food.
Rather than something reserved solely for couch dinners and late-night hunger pains (although the adjoining bar and takeaway menu make these perfectly viable options), the Singh brothers' food invites people to come out and celebrate the fantastic cuisine that is Indian food. The multi-award winning menu features delights from both North and South Indian cooking. Traditional tandoor dishes are excellent, as is the vegetable samosa.
