Hailed as one of the oldest residences in Dubbo, this historic home provides an atmospheric backdrop for tapas and wine bar Two Doors. This little slice of Spain serves a concise menu of tapas nibbles, accompanied by wines from largely NSW vineyards. Diners can linger over a carafe of sangria and sample such dishes as saffron tortilla with paprika aioli; cider-braised chorizo; or caramelised leek and bacon pilaf.
