This stylish little number in the heart of Bellingen's main street is quite different from the tuckshops selling Sunnyboys and packets of chips you're probably thinking of. The space is modern and slightly edgy, as is the menu, with offerings like corn fritters with smoked bacon from Bello (that's Bellingen for the non-locals), English spinach, basil pesto and tomato relish; and coriander Thai fish cakes with Asian salad, nam jim dressing and Dorrigo potato hand-cut chips. They also do gourmet take-home meals which are a hit with those after relaxed, but healthy and up-market dinners at home.
