Truffles represents a great step forward for the dining set in Baulkham Hills. There were definitely worthy places to eat prior to this sleek cafe swinging open its doors, but now the Hills have a distinct taste of Sydney City style without the associated price tag.
During the working week, Truffles is all business, dishing up mouth-watering mod-Oz fare for its corporate clientele. Come Friday night, Truffles lets its hair down with some drinks, live jazz music and a modern tapas menu.
