Swimming prawns
Wow! Oh my goodness!! I'm surprised no one's written a review on this place! Well folks, I think I might write a review for the first time in my life! No one's paid me to do this; I just feel greatly indebted to the food I had in this place and I feel you guys shouldn't be missing out on places like this.

Lets jump straight to my favourite dishes. It has to be the swimming prawns (direct translation from Cantonese)! These live prawns are scooped out of the tank and straight into the wok and served with fresh chilli & sweet soy sauce, yummm... I am salivating already! Me and my GF usually have to draw our little territories across the plate when we have this dish. Sad? =S I heard from a friend that they can also cook them live right in front of you (with a bit of alcohol?) and you can see them dance! - cruel? or cool? Well, soz animal/creature lovers, I have to try this the next time I go there. I usually ring in advance to make sure that these live prawns are available.

The fried oysters, oyster pot, peking duck (live performance - cut and served in front of you), quails, shark fin soup, crabs or crayfish with noodles (esp. the spicy style), barramundi, are also my favourite dishes there. The beef and pork dishes are nice too.

Having said all this, I know everyone's taste buds are different. But if you are out and can't make up your mind where to go, I think you should definitely give this place a go. Trust me, you'll fall in love with my swimming prawns but watch out for your partner!
