A passion for Italian and Mediterranean cuisine led director Chris Maggacis to open the first of many of these versatile restaurants way back in 1998. Now, more than a decade later, the Toscani's name boasts more than 15 restaurants up and down the east coast. These ever-green diners are always a popular choice for their generous serves of Tuscan-flavoured fare, affordable pricing and family-friendly appeal.

Toscani's
I went with some friends to Toscani's for breakfast. One of the waitresses was friendly, but one slammed down glasses on the table (bad day?). A friend ordered tea & the milk she got with it was froth from a cappucino!! At least they do a good poached egg. Another forgot the side of bacon...what's going on there?
