Seemingly worlds away from its boisterous Brit pub neighbour (the Rat'n'Parrot British Pub) in the Findon Hotel, this more stylish and upmarket bar, restaurant and lounge has a faraway oasis feel established by the foliage-filled courtyard and a glorious waterfall centrepiece. While you may be tempted to stay at the neon bar for a cocktail or three, Topaz Bar & Restaurant does a good job of luring you towards the food menu, which contains woodfired pizzas, gigantic Graziers steaks, schnitzels, burgers, salads, roasts, and one for the Brits - the good ol' bangers and mash.
