From Miami to Manila, and Singapore to Sydney, the Tony Roma's brand of American steakhouses have become synonymous with tantalising ribs, grills, burgers and seafood dishes. One of just two Tony Roma's in Australia, this Sydney branch flies the flag high for its flame-grilled specialties, which include the famous baby back pork ribs in a special Tony Roma's barbecue sauce. This carnivore's hedonistic heaven is housed inside a brick-walled building in Sussex Street, filled with wooden booths that resemble the warm and vivacious steakhouses of the US of A.
