A newcomer to the Parade's dining scene, Tong's offers traditional Chinese cuisine along with some more modern Chinese-Australian fusion cooking. The atmosphere is relaxed and casual, and with an alfresco area at the front, is typical of the laidback vibe at plenty of places along the Parade. Indoors, the look is clean, modern and fresh, like the food itself.
