A large pizza oven isn't the first thing you associate with a traditional Chinese restaurant, but somehow they make it work for the food and the decor.
A remnant from the previous owners, the pizza oven is now the focal point of the dining area as well as the means by which the Peking duck is cooked. It may sounds unorthodox but you can't argue with the results. The duck is far and away the standout from the menu, with orders needing to be placed when you book your table due to the popularity.
The rest of the menu is not without its charms, showcasing authentic dishes from different provinces of China. The desserts are similarly traditional, with regular specials such as hot-candied sweet potato and honey buns.
