Great food and Affordable Price
Tomodachi in Melbourne is the best place for good food. A Japanese restaurant that pays attention to food but very affordable. The fresh sushi they serve is amazing. They have a large variety of sushi and a la carte menu of Japanese meals. I really enjoyed the tempura prawns, it made me crave for more. The mixed sushi and sashimi is brilliant. The staff are friendly and efficient. Service is absolutely perfect and you feel like royalty.

Sushi train
I used to go here every week I was working in the area. The sushi train selection is great, especially on Tuesdays when they do their 'cheap' deal. Their lunch deals are good value also, but I wouldn't bother going for dinner as their a la carte items are pricey. Generally the staff are friendly and attentive. It's a nice place to go for the occasional casual lunch with friends.

Not good value for money
Went today for lunch and had the sushi bento box, but this was not good value for money compared to bento I have had elsewhere - This one did not include miso soup or sashimi, and every bento box I have had includes sashimi.
