Following an illustrious series of tenures under the toques of celebrity chef-extraordinaires such as Matt Moran, Guillaume Brahimi and Heston Blumenthal, owner/chef Tomislav Martinovic has gone out on his own with Tomislav Restaurant. Setting up this secluded fine diner in the former spot of Bucha, Martinovic has crafted an intimate space that gives you a front row seat to the sparkling Sydney city skyline. The modern Australian menu is anything but run-of-the-mill, featuring such creations as egg pappardelle with Jannei goat curd, broccoli and anchovy, and a caramel pudding with yoghurt sorbet and caramelised walnuts.
