Set in Baulkham Hills' Norwest Business Park, Tokio Fans has been relying on word of mouth recommendations from its loyal fan base since it opened, and has built up a cult following to become known as one of the best Japanese restaurants in the west. The menu is full of fresh, traditional Japanese dishes, and the set menus have proven extremely popular and reasonably priced. The salmon sashimi and Peking duck sushi rolls are highlights for locals, who swear by them. The alfresco area is where you'll find many regulars on balmy summer nights, and with a setting like that you can't blame them.
