This family-friendly diner is probably one of the more unique offerings in the Sutherland Shire district. Husband and wife team Tino and Rosaria Vieira have combined traditional Italian fare with their native Portugese fare to create an exciting and eclectic menu that combines the smoky Mediterranean flavours of Portugal and its neighbours, as well as a mix of classic Italian and European-style cuisine.
The twice-baked caramelised onion and cheese souffle is a tantalising starter. To follow, there are a range of pastas, risottos and standout dishes such as the traditional espetada (barbequed skewered meat seasoned with sea salt, garlic and bay leaves), or the paella (a Spanish rice dish with chicken and seafood).
