This bustling, almost frenetic, restaurant is popular for two very good reasons - good food and cheap prices. The Malaysian menu is interesting and delicious, and there are pavement tables for people-watching or soaking up the sun on warm days.

Great food, but cramped restaurant
Went to Timmy's Kitchen for the first time since it had moved and thought the food was fantastic, but the service rather cold and the restaurant very cramped.
The food came in a good time, but it was the attempts to get seated, drinks and an order in that were frustrating.

great take away
I picked up some dinner from here earlier in the year and was impressed at their speed and the spicy flavours of the meals. Perfect for when you don't want to spend time in the kitchen, Timmy's was fresh, fast and flavourful!

Stereotypically good
What you'd expect from a hole in the wall Chinese restaurant. Fantastically tasty food, not so strong service.
Great for a quick get-together, not for something special.

Reliable
The food at Timmy's is value for money and reliable. I wouldn't recommend it for a meal as the place is very noisy. I do however always get takeaway from there.

Good Tucker
Timmy's can be relied on for good honest asian tucker. Always busy with repeat clientele ranging from a Queanbeyan layabout to the great and good from the diplomatic arena and the folks from the house on the hill.
