Extravagant views of the mountains and marina are matched by the warm, natural tones of the brown suede interior, where the tropical mod-Oz buffet incorporates a crustacean bar and Asian wok and steamer dishes. When the rainy season hits, it becomes a low-lit, cosy haven to indulge in the excellent wine list. Summer is the perfect excuse to sit back on the outside decking, hidden from the sun, enjoying the cool ocean breezes. Most dive straight into the Singapore chilli mud crab, but first try a 'two fruits and a root caipiroska' - a sensual concoction of passionfruit, mandarin, ginger and a touch of cinnamon.
